Mari has performed for years as an improv, sketch comedy, and commercial actor.  Her career later branched into production management roles at studios such as Warner Bros., Bento Box, and DreamWorks Animation. This brought her back to her acting talents when directors discovered her voice texture and authentic comedic performances could be used for scratch across many features, voice matching for stars like Awkwafina and Natasha Lyonne.
